Buckwheat noodles with vegetables and teriyaki sauce
One of the variations of vegetarian cooking buckwheat noodles. The minimum investment of time and money, and the result-a full dinner for 5 persons. Enjoy.

1. Zucchini, carrot and bell pepper cut into large julienne strips and stew under a lid until tender.

2. Boil in salted water for buckwheat noodles about 7 minutes. 3. Add to steamed vegetables boiled noodles, garlic, mixture of spices and teriyaki sauce. 4. To extinguish under a cover for about 5 minutes.
