Classic lasagna a La Bolognese
Lasagna... a favorite dish of all Italians, which is home to Bologna... And mouth-watering Bechamel sauce makes this dish extremely tender. Enjoy this dish yourself and your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2,5 ст. л.

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Milk

  • Nutmeg

  • Minced meat

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Ketchup

    2 ст. л.

  • Tomato paste

    2 ст. л.

  • Basil

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato

  • Lasagna

  • Cream cheese

    500 г

Prepare the Bolognese sauce. Fry the onion in olive oil. Then add carrots and tomatoes - fry

Next add the ground beef, spices, ketchup and tomato paste. Mix thoroughly. Stew.

Prepare the Bechamel sauce. In the same saucepan, melt the butter, vegetable oil (just a spoon). In parallel, in a second saucepan heat milk (but do not boil)

Add the flour and mix well. And then add the warm milk and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly.

Boil the sheets of Lasagna. I do so: in a pan heat the water and dip the leaves in there, minutes on 3. (PS if you do not boil, the lasagna will be rougher)

Formed Lasagna. Take the form setelem parchment and spread a layer of leaves for Lasagna.

Lubricated with Bechamel sauce, followed by the Bolognese sauce

Sprinkle a little cheese on top. And so layer by layer :)

The last layer of Lasagna lubricates tomato paste.

Wrap it up on top of the foil. And put into the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200°C. ( the Foil need to ensure that the lasagne does not harden)

Get the Lasagna out of the oven, sprinkle with plenty of cheese and again bake it in the oven for 5 minutes. Before serving, if desired, sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
