Youngest daughter (2 years old) loves meatballs. And when I prepare stuffed vegetables, always baked her meatballs out of the stuffing. But today, the adult mushroom stuffing, so the meatballs cook separately for children.

Cooking
Boil the rice Indica from Mistral until tender.
Onion, bell peppers (I had frozen) finely chop, carrots to RUB on a small grater. All the vegetables saute in vegetable oil.
Turkey meat and chicken to make the meat (I did a blender).
A small piece of zucchini to RUB on a small grater and send to the stuffing. Add boiled rice, vegetables and egg yolk. A little salt.
With wet hands to make meatballs. Put in oiled pan with a thick bottom. Pour approximately 100 ml of water. Simmer on low heat about 30-35 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables.
