Baby meatballs with zucchini
Youngest daughter (2 years old) loves meatballs. And when I prepare stuffed vegetables, always baked her meatballs out of the stuffing. But today, the adult mushroom stuffing, so the meatballs cook separately for children.

Ingredients

Boil the rice Indica from Mistral until tender.

Onion, bell peppers (I had frozen) finely chop, carrots to RUB on a small grater. All the vegetables saute in vegetable oil.

A small piece of zucchini to RUB on a small grater and send to the stuffing. Add boiled rice, vegetables and egg yolk. A little salt.
