Finely chop the onion, fry it in olive oil. Mushrooms wash, cut into plates, send to the onions.
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes and send to the frying pan with the mushrooms. Salt, pepper to taste, add the finely chopped clove of garlic. Pour 1/2 Cup of dry white wine and let it evaporate. Simmer all for about 15 minutes. Add the chopped parsley. And I also added 20 g of butter.
Boil the pasta in salted water (in my case, Farfalle, also very tasty with Reginella). Spoon flour dilute in a small amount of water.
Pour in the mushroom sauce with the chicken and let it thicken. Unfold the pasta in a colander and mix with the obtained sauce. On a grater grate the fresh Parmesan.
Spread the pasta on a plate, sprinkle the top with Parmesan and serve immediately. Under a glass of Chardonnay, very. Bon appetit!
