Bean vermicelli Longkou with sauce
Delicious, unusual noodles with vegetables and a sauce based on peanut paste and coconut milk. The dish is suitable for vegetarians and fasting.

Ingredients

  • Vermicelli

  • Milk

  • Water

    70 мл

  • Lemon juice

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Brown sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Ginger

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

To the peanut paste add half of grated or passed through a press garlic. Gently warm. The garlic has started to give its flavor, and the pasta has softened.

Add the coconut milk and cool boiled water. Add spices and remaining garlic. Grate the ginger and also add.

Pour soy sauce Kikkoman. Add sugar.

Add the lemon juice. Stir. To try. If necessary, add salt. If the sauce is thick, add some more boiled water. Put on the fire and heat well but not boil.

Onion fry until transparent in vegetable oil. Sliced onion half-rings.

To the onions add chopped fine julienne carrots. Fry everything together until the color of carrots.

To the vegetables add the pepper, cut into strips. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring the vegetables to the desired doneness.

Bean noodles to cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain in a colander, and add to vegetables. Longkou preferably before adding to the vegetables to chop for ease of eating. Mix everything carefully. Serve immediately. The sauce can be submitted separately so that each added something to taste or pour to the total mass and mix.
