Well, finally I decided to post my first recipe on this website. Found it in one of the editions of the journal "Culinary ideas". That is another favorite in our family rolls. Chicken, mushrooms... mmmmm, tasty...

Cooking
Fried with onions mushrooms mixed with one raw egg and chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a little flour. With a fork stir well and pour into the pan, fry from two parties to a ruddy omelette.
Chicken fillet cut lengthwise (not completely), to reveal the "book", cover with cling film and a good beat. Then remove foil, season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the omelet and turn dense roll, stab the skewers.
Be breaded in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and fry in oil for 8-9 minutes.
Then remove the skewers, roll, cut into "hemp" and to bring to the table. Bon appetit!
