Buns from yeast dough with bananas
Delicious muffins with bananas. Would be delicious with any sweet filling.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1,5 ч. л.

  • Milk

Mix yeast, milk, egg, sugar and butter.

Sifting, add the flour. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place, covered with film or a towel, for an hour.

Then wrap it, but only with one hand, holding the other fingers. Should get like a pot. Expandable inside and put on a baking tray, covered with baking paper or greased.

(Another way: I simply rolled out pieces of dough, then put the filling and folded.) When I prepared all the dough, prepare a filling. Put on the stove a pan, pouring about 30 ml. of water, bananas cut into squares and send to the skillet. Sprinkle it with sugar. Cook stirring occasionally, until the bananas become really soft.

Use a teaspoon to place the filling into the holes of the pots or just in the dough, if cooked just bread and bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. I'm still a little sprinkled with poppy seeds.
