Yogurt for this recipe I did myself, thanks to the leaven from Oursson it's not a big deal. Did everything according to the instructions on the package. For yogurt it took me only water and starter. Water was taken at room temperature, diluted yeast in it and sent in the oven for 10 hours at 40*. Then cooled. Tasty home-made yoghurt.
Combine all dry food and stir.
Egg lightly whisk, add the yogurt, stir.
Add the dry mixture and again mix well.
Now add the softened butter.
Lay out the forms and send in a preheated 190* oven for 35-40 minutes.
The finished cupcake sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy your tea!
