Description
Everyone in my family love bananas! And so to today's Breakfast I decided to cook such marvelous pancakes! Try it and you! Minimum time - maximum tastiness!
Ingredients

Banana

Egg white

1 ч. л.

Flour
1 ст. л.

Leavening agent
0,5 ч. л.

Vegetable oil
Cooking
One ripe banana "transform" into a puree. I did this by using a medium grater.
In a separate container beat the full egg and whites. Add sugar, mix well.
To connect with mashed banana with the eggs. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well. The dough will be slightly more liquid than normal pancakes.
Fry in preheated pan with vegetable oil. I got 15 delicious pancake! Which would fly faster than ready! )) Bon appetit!
