Baked pancakes with goose liver and mushrooms
Delicious and hearty pancakes, especially if You like dishes with the liver. Good piping hot.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 мл

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Flour

    200 г

  • Leavening agent

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    5 ст. л.

  • Mushrooms

    100 г

  • The goose liver

    150 г

  • Cream

    200 мл

  • Egg white

    2 шт

  • Salt

  • Greens

Prepare products for pancakes.

To make the filling.

Egg whisk with sugar and salt (0.5 tsp.). Add the warmed milk. Fall asleep sifted flour and baking powder. Well whisk. Leave for 10-15 minutes.

Add in the dough 3 tbsp vegetable oil ( I use oil "Oleyna"). Mix well. The dough is ready.

On the heated and pre-oiled pan, bake pancakes.

Wash and cut the liver, and mushrooms.

In a pan fry in vegetable oil (2st. L.) mushrooms 5 minutes. Then put the goose liver and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the greens and salt to taste. Let cool a bit. The stuffing is ready.

On pancake spread 1 tbsp. a spoonful of filling. Turn the damn envelope. Lay filled pancakes in a baking dish.

Lightly whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. In a Cup pour in the cream, add the herbs and beaten egg whites. Carefully stir. Received mass fill the pancakes.

Put in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 160-180 degrees.
