Cooking
Grind the beets in a blender and set aside. Mix all ingredients and make batter, beat with a blender to avoid lumps.
To introduce beets into the dough, let rest for 15 minutes.
Bake pancakes on a well greased with vegetable oil or lard.
The cooled pancakes smeared cheese on top of chopped greens and turn into tubes. (You can even add red fish will be a Royal pancakes).
When serving, cut diagonally, spread on top of red caviar.
