Cooking
First we need to prepare fresh. In principle I think you can use any meat. Original - beef, I veal. We'll also need onions, garlic and bread crumbs with milk.
Onions and garlic peel, finely chop and fry in olive oil, Dobrev pepper (aromas when roasting with the peppers - not to transfer words!!!).
Then scrolled meat, mix with bread crumbs with milk, the them together again. Add the soy sauce and knead the dough well. With wet hands make small balls with a diameter of about 2-4cm. I Have a half portion left 20 balls. And send the meatballs in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make tomato salsa. For this is extracted from tomato seeds, cut small cubes, add chopped onion, thyme lists (that I have) or cilantro (this oiginal), vinegar, oil and soy sauce, peremeshivaem and set aside before serving.
The bread is cut into two parts and the inside of the fry pan or the grill. Optional before frying, you can coat the slices with vegetable oil. Get frikadelki and fry on all sides over medium heat and hot vegetable oil, take and give a little stand.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. On toasted bread spread meatballs, possibly a little pushing, if left on the pan the meat juice - you can pour them from above. Next, stack the broken mozzarella and in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Then nemedlenno passed on to a plate, sprinkle with tomato salsa and served to the table!
