Cooking
To prepare the filling you will need mashed potatoes.
Peel and chop the onions. Pour into a pan and fry until Golden brown, adding vegetable oil and sugar.
Add onions to potatoes and stir. Add salt and garlic. Mix well.
Cook the pancakes and allow to cool.
Put 2-3 tbsp of stuffing...
... and wrap the envelope.
Egg whisk with a fork and season with salt. Dip pancakes in egg and fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown. To the table serve, garnish with green onions.
