I became the owner of a starter culture for matsoni from OURSSON. Preparation: 1. To sterilize the utensils for cooking yogurt. 2. Yeast pour into sterilized/paste risovannoe milk of any fat content at room temperature (22-24°C). Dosage: 1 sachet of leaven for 1 liter of milk. 3. The milk mixture after inoculation of the starter mix thoroughly with a clean, dry spoon for 2-3 minutes to dissolve yeast. Capacity you need to cover. 4. Put the resulting milk mixture in the device for fermentation OURSSON (35-40°C) for 6-10 hours for fermentation. Cooling to 4-6°C. Your yogurt is ready!

For making yogurt using the starter OURSSON is convenient to use a thermos from OURSSON. In a glass thermos, pour milk, fall asleep bag starter from OURSSON, closed, vigorously shaken.
Put the glass in a thermos, pour boiling water to the mark and put in a warm place for 6-10 hours. Remove the finished yogurt in the fridge. This sour-milk drink taste and useful in itself. But I suggest based on it make the pancakes with the sauce.
In a bowl break the egg, put salt, sugar.
Add the yogurt from OURSSON, 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil, stir, whisk.
Add sifted with the baking powder and the flour, stir.
Add grated mozzarella, chopped green onion and Provencal herbs.
A frying pan coated with Teflon grease with vegetable oil and bake pancakes on both sides until it will turn brown on a medium heat. I have a special pan for baking pancakes.
Offer to cook the pancakes, the sauce of yogurt. Mix cold yogurt with melkorublenoy cilantro, salt, chili pepper flakes and pressed garlic.
