Recipe from the "profit from waste". What is called Breakfast of the poor. The house has accumulated a lot of sugar from different rolls, loaves of flour, so I decided to use them for these pancakes.

Grind the biscuits, add the hot milk, whey, pressed yeast, Extra Deluxe, egg, sugar, salt, flour. Mix well and leave for 2-3 hours to rise.
As the dough is ready, bake.
Serve with sour cream or your favorite sweet sauces, jam.
