For shape with a diameter of 23 cm and 1.5 cups of flour for the pastry; a little flour for sprinkling shape and obvalivanie berries; 1,5 tsp. baking powder; 0.5 tsp soda; 1/8 tsp salt; 170g. butter; a little oil for greasing the mold; 3/4 Cup sugar; 2 eggs; 1 tbsp oil; vegetable oil; 1 tbsp grated zest (lemon or orange); 3/4 Cup white wine (if you take the sweet or semi-sweet, the number of sugar reduced to 1/2 Cup); 2 cups green seedless grapes; 50g. in pieces of butter (for the top); 1 tbsp brown sugar; Preheat the oven to 200 C. Grease the form and sprinkle it with a thin layer of flour. Sift together flour,soda, baking powder and salt. With a mixer on low speed, beat butter with sugar until light structure. On medium speed of mixer to drive eggs one at a time, whisking for 2 minutes after each addition. Then add vegetable oil, vanilla and zest. Beat on high speed another 2 minutes. Whisking on low speed, alternately add 1/3 flour mixture and wine. When the wine and flour are all added, beat the dough for another half a minute at high speed. Pour the batter into the form. Sprinkle and roll the grapes with flour. Spread over the dough, slightly pushing inwards. Put the cake in the oven and bake 30 minutes, then open the oven and place pieces of butter mixed with sugar, on the surface of the cupcake. Then bake for another 15-20 minutes. Cupcake bake until Golden brown and dry splinter. Remove the cake from the oven and leave in tin for 10 minutes. Then turn over onto a plate, and then reverse on a serving dish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
