Cooking
Butter or margarine, soft but not melted, cut into small pieces, add cheese.
Mash all with a fork. I haven't used the mixer on purpose. Wanted yoghurt and cheese felt.
Add a little sugar, salt (too little, the cheese is quite salty), soda slaked vinegar or baking powder.
Now spice. You can use Your favorite. I love coriander, nutmeg, dried Basil, red pepper, paprika, ginger powder, a little turmeric and saffron.
All cheese grate (I used different small and larger, and rubbed each piece of cheese on two different graters). The more cheese the better. Add cheese to the dough.
There also sauteed diced onions.
Flour. I added on the eye, but approximately it took me 1.5 cups. It all depends on the quality of the curd if it is more fat - flour will go a little more. The dough should be thick, heavy and sticky.
Muffin tins grease with vegetable oil and spread the dough.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. Readiness check wand or match. Remove from the molds need hot and to cool off you need to give on one side, then the muffins will not settle.
