I want to share with the cooks recipe cupcakes with apples. The recipe is very simple. I hope that it will appeal to visitors of this site.
Ingredients

Egg whisk with sugar.
Add flour with baking powder and carefully whisk until smooth.
Pour in the vegetable oil and beat again.
Apples wash, peel the skin and grate on a coarse grater.
Add the apples to the batter and stir again.
For topping the cooled butter, flour and sugar, RUB into crumbs.
Spread dough in baking molds (preferably fill the form 1/2 test volume, as the muffins rise very well during baking).
Pour topping on top and bake Apple muffins at 180 degrees for 30-35 min.
Allow the muffins with the apples to cool slightly and remove them from the mold. Apple muffins are ready. All a pleasant appetite!!!
