Sour cream cake with delicate chocolate cream with the addition of semolina.

Cooking
Whisk eggs until smooth.
Add sour cream and whisk. I have sour cream home. Beat.
Add the condensed milk (my homemade). Beat.
Pour the baking powder or soda. Beat.
Add the flour, mix well. The dough should be like thick cream.
Divide the dough in half, one part sprinkle the cocoa powder and whip.
In random order, pour light and dark dough. Bake in the oven the cake at 190 degrees, about 45 minutes.
For the cream, mix semolina, flour, sugar and milk. Put on the fire.
Add chocolate, boil until a thick mass.
Add in cream butter (my homemade), stir so that the oil disappeared.
Cupcake to get out of shape and cool.
Cupcake cut in two, fluff cream. Top cake decorate with icing sugar, you can sprinkle with coconut. To put it in the fridge for 2 hours, and then submitted to tea.
