Muffins with cocoa and raisins

Prepare the sourdough. Mix 3 tbsp flour with dry yeast, add warm milk and again mix thoroughly. Set aside the dough to the side. Take the paste. Butter to melt (I do this in the microwave), add sugar, salt, vanilla and egg. Mass mix well. Pour in the dough the dough, pour the flour and knead a malleable dough. The dough cover and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes the dough on the table, roll out into a rectangle with a thickness of 3-5 mm. Lubricate the layer of dough with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar, cocoa, raisins (raisins can be soaked, but I like it dry raisins in the dough). Twist tight roll. Cut the roll into 12 buns. I'm doing this thread, are smooth, not flattened buns. Lay them on a baking sheet, proteiny baking paper or greased. Bake 20-30 minutes at t 180 degrees (depending on oven).

Prepare frosting. Mix sugar with cocoa. Add the milk, stir again. Put the butter and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved. Just say, I like the lazy hostess, I heat the frosting for 20 seconds in the microwave, stirring each time, until the sugar has dissolved. It saves me tons of time and nerves))
