Very tasty both cold and hot. Suitable for meat products, and desserts.

Cooking
Cranberries wash. To prepare the apples.
Apples cleaned and cut into pieces.
In a saucepan put the cranberries, apples, add sugar, add salt and lemon juice.
Pour a glass of water.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Mash the apples and cranberries into a puree using a press for mashed potatoes.
Serve hot with the meat. Or serve hot or cold as a dessert with ice cream. Store in the refrigerator for several weeks.
