Cooking
In warm milk dissolve the sugar. Add the egg and stir.
Grind buckwheat flour and add to dough.
Add the flour, the baking powder and mix well.
Fry pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden color.
Put ready pancakes on a plate and allow to cool a little.
RUB the cheese with sugar.
Dried cherries cut into small pieces and add to curd. Mix well.
In the middle of each pancake put the filling.
Turn. Finished pancakes can bring to the table.
