Awesome sauce that makes the dish festive!
Ingredients

Apple
1/2 шт

Soy sauce
3 ст. л.

Mustard
2 ч. л.

Sour cream
100 г

Black pepper
Cooking
Fry bathe in a mixture of oil and butter until Golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
In the same oil fry the onions and mushrooms, add Apple, grated on a coarse grater. Fry on low heat for 5 min.
Add the mustard, soy sauce and black pepper, mix well. Warm up in tech. 1-2 min.
Add sour cream, stir and pour in 1/2 Cup of boiled water. If necessary, salt.
Sauce bring to boil and put in it fried a bathe. Cook for another 5 min.
