Very tasty pancakes, tastes like oatmeal gruel. Get slim and moderately sweet. Serve with any filling.

Cooking
In a blender beat eggs, condensed milk, oatmeal, oil, salt.
Add hot water, whisk again.
Add the sifted flour, whisk until smooth.
Bake pancakes on a well oiled hot pan on both sides.
