Cooking
Batter: egg yolks, stir, add salt, milk, sugar, melted butter and, stirring, add the flour. When the dough is well mixed, add the whipped egg whites, stir again.
Apples peel, remove core, cut into thin slices.
Sliced apples spread on a heated with oil pan, pour the batter and fry on both sides.
After removing the pancake from the pan, roll tube. The prepared pancakes beautiful place, sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour honey. Bon appetit!
