First make cream. In order to cream failed liquid I always use sour cream 20% fat or more and leave it overnight in the fridge in the "podveshana" able to drain the whey.
For the cream 1 whip the cream with condensed milk.
For the cream 2 bananas grind in a blender into a puree and blend with sour cream and powdered sugar.
Spread the first cake layer and coat with 1/2 of the cream 1.
The second cake we coat 1/2 of the cream 2. The third remaining cream and the remaining 1 fourth cream 2.
To decorate the chocolate to melt in a water bath or in a microwave. Decorate to taste.
Remove the cake in the fridge overnight and the next day you can please yourself and loved ones! Happy New year!
