Cooking
Softened butter to mix with sugar and eggs and whisk.
add the zest of 1 lemon, flour, flakes and cognac, baking powder, mix well.
put the dough in a greased form and flatten.
spread on top of cherries, sprinkle with a little sugar and chips and bake.
