Description
Pouches of low-fat thin pancakes with filling from canned peaches and ice cream. Interesting combination of flavors. Will appeal to children and adults!

Cooking
Mix flour, eggs, milk, water, soda (slaked vinegar), sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Pour oil in the pan only 1 time! pancakes are baked without oil; 1 damn - 2/3 of a ladle of the dough.
Pour peaches with syrup and cut into small pieces,
spread on the middle of the damn few slices of peach,
next spread the ice cream (not too soft - it should hold its shape),
close the "bag" and secured with skewers or toothpicks.
