Meatballs with cheese in tomato sauce
Wonderful meatballs in tomato sauce. While preparing, it was such a flavor! M-m-m!!!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 г

  • Onion

    1 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

  • Bread

    1 ломт.

  • Cheese

    200 г

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 ч. л.

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Tomato

    7 шт

  • Bay leaf

    1 шт

  • Dill

    1 пуч.

  • Vegetable oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Greens

    1 пуч.

Cooking

First make the sauce. To do this, finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, and put them on a heated pan. When will the garlic smell, add the finely chopped dice the tomatoes. Cover with a lid. Simmer for 10 minutes.

To the tomatoes add the Bay leaves and sprigs of dill. Also - salt and pepper mix! Simmer for another 10 minutes, and then the sprigs of dill and Bay leaf extracts. They we will not need them.

Bread to soak in milk.

In forcemeat add salt, spices, soaked in milk bread, chopped onion and egg. Mix well.

Last add cheese and stir again!

Shape the balls. I have to get 6 pieces.

In a greased form pour the sauce and at a small distance from each other spread the meatballs. To meatballs soaked as it should, I also poured a bit of sauce.

Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 15 minutes! Then sprinkle 50 g of cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.

The same can be done in a slow cooker. The "Baking" 60 minutes.

Decorate with greens! Serve with a side dish! For us it was pasta!
