Mayonnaise
1 ч. л.
Cooking
Cheese to grate. Cucumber cut into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley. Squeeze through garlic press.
Add mayonnaise, mix well.
Sausage cut into slices, fry on both sides in hot vegetable oil. Sausage "plates" to put on paper towel to drain oil.
To fill the "plates" salad, decorate with bell pepper and dill.
