Separate the yolks from the whites.Proteins vzbit in a cool foam.Apple grate,pre-clearing it from the skin and removing the core.The stir yolks with sugar,salt,flour and milk.To connect with protein and an Apple.
Bake on a greased pan.Bon appetit!Serve with honey,sour cream.
