... a friend's daughter in the cooking process of the curve of the spout and said we were witches because we cook out of some grass and mold! :-) In any did not want to try our pasta! :-) Took a while to convince her! :-) But generally it was a very tasty sauce from Dor blue and spinach! I recommend to try!!! ; -) PS Magical properties of food have not been identified! :-)

Cooking
On melted butter fry the finely chopped onion and garlic
Add the spinach, cream and crumbled blue cheese
Warm up 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted
...and, you can pour the resulting sauce plain pasta! Pour a glass of French white wine and give the pasta for a delicious dish! It turns out divinely delicious combination! Honestly!!! :-)
