Shortbread with gerkulesovy cereal

Description

In anticipation of the winter holidays often want to pamper yourself with something tasty, that I saw in the store the booklet with recipes, burned with a desire to bake for tea so here is a cookie. If You like a slight sweet-and-salty cookie that melts in your mouth, then this recipe is for You.

Ingredients

Butter

250 г
Sugar

180 г
Chicken egg

Vanilla

1 ч. л.
Flour

260 г
Salt

3/4 ч. л.
Soda

1 ч. л.
Leavening agent

1 ч. л.
Oat flakes

150 г
Chocolate milk

Cooking

1. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. 2. Mix thoroughly with a mixer the butter with the sugar.

3. Then add the eggs, first one, then another, along with vanilla and mix well with a mixer.

4. In a separate bowl mix: flour, salt, soda, baking powder, oat flakes.

5. Then add to the mixture with oil and mix thoroughly with a mixer, but you can with a spoon. 6. At the last turn add the chopped Twix (I used chocolate and almonds as Twix, unfortunately, was not), and stir (preferably with a spoon).

7. Chill the baking sheet with baking paper (in the fridge) and form large (or small, your choice) tortillas. 8. Bake for about 15-20 min. Good to keep these cookies in the freezer in the package in small portions. Bon appetit!
