Simple cake, simple to prepare.
Ingredients

Sour cream

Cooking
Butter (or margarine) melts, cools, mix sour cream and soda
Add flour and knead the dough (the dough will be sandy)
Prepare the filling: lemon (can use one, but I like a lot of toppings, so I put 2 PCs) grate on a coarse grater
Add the sugar and mix everything (if I added 2 lemons, 2 cups of sugar, one if, respectively, one Cup of sugar)
Divide the dough into two unequal parts
A large part of roll out and put in the form
Spread the filling
The second part of the test roll out and cover pie, close up the edges and make in the middle of the cake a small hole
Put in oven for 30-40 minutes depending on oven (I was cooking with the miracle stove). The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar
