I can't live without sweet any day, so sometimes we have to replace your favorite chocolate on something useful and stress-free for the figure. Try these pancakes - low cost, low products, an excellent result!!!

Milk

Corn flour

Cocoa powder
1 ч. л.
Cooking
Mix milk and egg with a whisk
Add flour rye, corn and cocoa, again mix
Fry in a pan without oil! Yield: 4-5 pancakes. Serve with syrup or sauce of natural yoghurt and fruit!
