Exotic chicken in coffee

Description

Very tasty marinade, try and you will not regret it.

Ingredients

Chicken

Coffee natural

3/4 стак.
Ketchup

1/3 стак.
Soy sauce

3 ст. л.
Lemon juice

2 ст. л.
Vinegar

2 ст. л.
Olive oil

1 ст. л.
Sugar

2 ст. л.

Cooking

Chicken is cut into pieces.

To prepare the marinade: mix in a small saucepan, coffee, ketchup, soy sauce, lemon juice, wine vinegar, olive oil and sugar, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Put the chicken pieces in a shallow fireproof dish, pour the sauce and leave to marinate for 2 hours. I have stood all night. Bake, without closing the lid, for 1 hour at a temperature of 160 degrees, from time to time basting with sauce.
