Cooking

Connect in a bowl the eggs, sugar, salt and mayonnaise.

Beat.

Add 2 cups warm water, vegetable oil, flour and soda slaked with vinegar, whisking, adding 1 Cup of boiling water.

Bake pancakes on a well heated pan! Serve the pancakes with jam Mahe, jam, condensed milk, honey. If someone doesn't like sweet stuffing, recommend to the batter add 3-4 tablespoons of sugar (instead of 7) and to cook meat or stuffing of your choice.
