Description
This idea emerged only today left boiled chicken breast, but we do not love because of the stiffness. Bake cakes was lazy, the salad was, had to make pancakes. Turned out well, the filling is juicy and sticky due to the melted cheese.

Boiled fillet mince. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Mushrooms cut into not very small.
All mix, pepper, add cream (or sour cream) to the filling was not dry. If necessary, it needs more salt, I added soy sauce.
Bake pancakes on one side. On the baked side put the filling about 1-1,5 tbsp.
Wrap stuffing in pancakes.
In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry pancakes on all sides. Serve with sour cream.
