Really wanted oatmeal cookies, shoveled a bunch of recipes we decided not to bother, and to saddle his own way
Ingredients

Oat flakes

Raisins

Chocolate milk
Cooking
Oatmeal and coconut in pre-queue fry in a pan (coconut for a few minutes to not burnt and the oatmeal, stirring constantly, 5 minutes maximum). Chocolate chopped, raisins, too (if large, like me)
Soft butter to mix with sugar and add the egg
Add oatmeal, coconut and baking powder
Then the flour and the raisins with chocolate
From dough to form balls, slightly flatten and bake at 180 deg. 12-15 minutes
