Cooking
Fillet with onions and carrots, mince, salt, pepper and mix well.
The resulting mass is moistened with water by hands to form balls in the center of each put a piece of butter. To breaded balls in flour and put into the pan, greased with vegetable oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
To fill sour cream to combine with water, add chopped garlic, add salt and mix well.
