Ingredients.
All of the vegetables to RUB on a grater for Korean carrot, greens grind.
Mix all the ingredients in the vessel, add curry, garlic, soy sauce "Kikkoman", squeeze the garlic and give the salad about 15-20 minutes to infuse. Then season the salad to taste with butter, or sour cream.
