Salad with chicken fillet and rice with a fragrant dressing. Easy to prepare, but very tasty salad with a stunningly fragrant and spicy dressing.

Cooking
Rice put to boil in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, make the dressing. Bow-shallotte cut into thin rings, chop the dill. In a bowl mix salt, pepper, oil, balsamic vinegar, orange juice. Add the onion, fennel, thyme. Mix well
In a salad bowl chop the boiled chicken, add cooked rice
Put in a bowl all the dressing. Mix gently.
