Mince boiled chicken gizzards. Egg is also mince, or grate. Add the soy sauce, black pepper and salt to taste. Chop the garlic and add to the common bowl. Add the mayonnaise and stir until smooth.
The crackers I have are like that, savoury and round.
On crackers spread the resulting paste in the form of slides. Crab sticks thawed and finely chopped. Sprinkle the pate with crab sticks. Snack can be directly served, as while in the fridge, crackers will lose the crisp properties.
