Cooking
Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Mushrooms cut into strips and fry in a little oil.
Mushrooms mix with the carrot. Olives cut into slices and add to salad along with the chopped greens.
Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Bon appetit!
