A cupcake in a hurry - very delicate and crumbly.

Cooking
Thoroughly mix the sugar with the margarine.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Pour the yogurt, mix well, and better - beat with a mixer.
Pour the semolina and salt, stir and leave for 30 minutes for swelling monkey.
Then add the flour, top with soda, again carefully beat with a mixer.
The dough should have the consistency of thick cream, so if watery, add flour.
The form with a baking paper, pour our dough and send in a preheated 200 gr. the oven for 30 minutes. Ready hot cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
