Potatoes wash, peel and put to boil until tender
Eggs boil
Cut bacon (I got stripes) into 4 pieces each.
Fry it without oil and put on a napkin, went to the excess oil
Boiled potatoes cut into warm, large cubes, eggs, too big.
Mix all the ingredients
Add chopped green onion and dressed with yogurt and mustard ( I forgot to buy regular mustard, so I added granular)
