Appetizer "Color"

Description

Easy, quick to prepare and delicious appetizer of cheese, pepper and crab sticks.

Ingredients

Pepper

Cheese

300 г
Garlic

1 зуб.
Mayonnaise

1 ст. л.
Dill

0,5 пуч.
Crab sticks

3-4 шт

Cooking

For the filling mash the cottage cheese, salt, pepper to taste, add the crushed clove of garlic, mayonnaise, finely chopped dill.

Peel the peppers carefully, so that they remained intact.

Some of the filling in TIGHTLY lay a pepper in the filling put sticks(forgot to take a picture, sorry:)) and nice and tight, fill the whole pepper with the stuffing. Put in fridge for 20 minutes. Cut the pepper into circles, about 0.5 cm thick and spread on a plate.
