Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese, vanilla (mix well). Then add the flour. The dough will be sticky.
The dough formed in the shape of a harness and cut into pieces. Put in boiling oil.
Fry until Golden brown.
Lay out on a paper towel (to remove excess oil). Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
