Fancy a quick and easy salad with spicy mussels, grilled mushrooms, framed by fresh vegetables.

Garlic

Cooking
Fry the mushrooms with onion, pepper and salt to taste. Lettuce to break it. Cucumber and pepper cut into strips, cabbage finely chop; mix it all together.
To make the dressing: crush the garlic, mix with chopped greens, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil. Fill this mixture in the cucumber, pepper, cabbage, mushroom, lettuce and lay heaped on the plate. The mussels thoroughly and pepper and spread on top. Bon appetit! :)
