Leeks

Milk

Butter
20 г
Cooking
Boil potatoes, blend, add hot milk or cream with butter, nutmeg (if you like).
Grind until smooth
On a plate put mashed potatoes, with a spoon to make desired shape.
Garnish with eggs, cheese and leeks.
